Story: Richard Branson, world famous businessman and billionaire, has decided to seek the public's help for a new radical home he would like to build for his family of four. he has a wife and two children - a boy and girl. He wants his home to be unique and off the grid which means it has to be self-sufficient. his interests expand from tree houses, underground homes, water homes- above or below, and outer space homes. basically, the sky is the limit! if he picks your home then he will not only build it but also give you a million bucks. you look around your garage excitedly for what you can use to make your prototype- unfortunately, you are on a slim budget of cardboard, Styrofoam, glue, sticks, paint, or whatever sir actually approves for the in-class project.
Identification: Richard wants a crazy house design. ( tree house, underwater, etc) for the design he picks, the person will get 1 million bucks, and he will build that design.
The Design Brief: we are building a round fortress design for Richard. it will be huge, safe & protective, made of concrete, 1 story, and made for a family of four. it is a simply round shaped fortress house, with all the necessary things a family would need.

We are going to use sketch number 2 because it is more protective & it has bigger rooms and more space throughout the fortress. It has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dinning room, and a lounge
